The site is in the village of Almondsbury where more modern ribbon development has been established, divided from the rest of the village which is clustered under Almondsbury Hill with views across the Severn. The village is dominated by St. Mary’s Church whilst offering pre-school and primary education as well as a local doctor’s surgery and dentist.
