Whitchurch is a suburb of Bristol to the south-east of the City. It is also referred to as a village in North Somerset. The area was mainly developed in the 1930’s and it is about 3.5 miles from the City Centre. Whitchurch has a secondary school and two primary schools within walking distance, whilst independent schools such as Bristol Cathedral School and Bristol Grammar School are within driving distance. Whitchurch has a health centre and local shops, whilst Morrisons and Asda are nearby. Bristol offers all the amenities of one of England’s major Cities, including two Universities and the major shopping centres at Cabot Circus and Cribbs Causeway.
