Rudgeway is a small village with a local pub and links to Alveston with St. Helens Primary School and Marlwood Secondary School as well as local shops and both a football and cricket club. Thornbury is just over 2 miles from the village with extensive amenities including banks, post office, library, doctors, dentist and a Leisure Centre. The village is just 5 miles from Cribbs Causeway, Bristol’s major shopping centre and it is some 12 miles to Bristol City Centre.
