High Littleton is a small Somerset village with a population of around 2000 people. The hamlet of Hallatrow is close to the village. The village has a primary school, post office, some local shops and a good pub, The Star Inn. It also has a thriving village community offering pre-school and local groups such as Brownies and Scouts. Two notable buildings are the 15th century Holy Trinity Church and the fine 18th century High Littleton House. Independent education is offered in the three Cities of Bath, Bristol and Wells all within easy commuting distance. There is also a Tesco supermarket at nearby Paulton. The closest City is Bath, one of England’s finest cities with leading Universities, a rich cultural history, stunning architecture and an excellent shopping centre with many varied and independent shops. The City Centre is also home to the Theatre Royal Bath and the world famous Roman Baths can also be found in the City Centre.
