A detailed planning consent has been granted for a 3-bedroom end of terrace house of approximately 900sq.ft. with 2 on-site parking spaces and a rear garden. The plot is just over 5 miles north-west of Bristol City Centre and close to Almondsbury and Cribbs Causeway. The house will be of a standard construction, being render walls under a concrete tile roof with white PVC windows and doors to match the existing houses in the road. The new house is set in a primarily residential area off the nearby main road.
The Site
The plot is level and approximately 160sq.m., a small garage will need to be removed to allow for the new dwelling. The two parking spaces will be to the front of the new house from an existing vehicle access, there is a garden to the rear of where the new house will sit.
The Area
The town has a population of around 10,500 people and is well situated for the Mall and retail parks at Cribbs Causeway as well as to Aztec West, a large office and warehouse park.
