A detailed planning consent has been granted for a detached two-bedroom house in a desirable market town location, some 13 miles south of Warminster close to the borders of Dorset and Somerset. The Site
The plot is approximately 970sq.ft. and currently has a small garage and lean-to to the north of the plot to be removed. A topographic survey has been completed. The parking to the rear of the house, patio and amenity space, will be at first floor level. The house then has a second- floor level as described above.
