The house has approximately 192sq.m. of garden which wraps around the property, with more of the garden space to the rear of the new house. The house will have red facing brickwork with textured render under concrete roof tiles and with UPVC windows and doors.
The Site
The plot is approximately 309sq.m. and is level. The current owner will remove the existing garage and fence-off the plot. The plot already has an existing vehicle access from the residential road, that leads off the main road, on this corner plot.
