The Site
The plot is approximately 350sq.m. and there is a level change across the plot of around 4m. The boundary to the east has a retaining wall and there is a post and wire fence to the north and west. The new house will sit easily within the site and any excavated soil can be retained for infilling garden landscaping. There is an existing access leading to the plot and the plot will allow for on-site parking directly from the road. The plot will also have a small front garden and a rear garden and patio. In this elevated location, views will be afforded across the western side of Hertford.
