An outline planning consent, with approval for access, has been granted for three detached houses on an extremely attractive large plot in open grassland with trees bordering the plot to the north and west. The plot could provide a niche quality development with individual south-east facing gardens for each house. Plot 3, in particular, has a large garden at the foot of the site. There are opportunities for garages if required and solar panels on the southern roof pitches.
