Pershore has a population of around 7000 people and lies some 6 miles west of Evesham. The town is listed as an Outstanding Conservation Area and a place of Major Architectural Importance. Pershore Abbey is perhaps the most important of these buildings, the Abbey Church noted as a lasting remnant of a mediaeval Benedictine Monastery. The town is close to J7 of the M5 and J1 of the M50. Pershore also has a railway station with a direct line to London Paddington. Pershore High School and sixth form is rated as Good by Ofsted. The plot has access to all main services including gas. We would advise interested parties to make their own enquiries, with regard to services, prior to exchange of contracts.
The plot can be viewed from the pavement on an open-viewing basis. However, if you wish to walk onto the plot, the site can be viewed only by prior appointment with The Land Bank Partnership.
