Summary

The Site
The plot is spacious at approximately 0.06ha or 600m2 and is mainly level. Access into the plot is from an existing lane on an unmade road. The plot will require an improvement to the visibility splay, a narrowing of the carriageway and the provision of a wider footway. These works are described in the traffic calming buildout plan and the visibility splay plan, prepared by Motion Consultants. The Area
The Borough of Surrey Heath comprises Lightwater, Bagshot, Windlesham and Chobham. The village has many village shops, a church, a pub and park and an Arboretum nearby. There is both a drama club and athletics club in the village. The primary schools within the area are rated as Outstanding by Ofsted as is the nearby Lightwater village school. Woodcote House School, amongst others, offers independent education. There are many local riding schools and stables and a nearby golf club, Wentworth and Sunningdale are also within easy reach. The railway stations at Bagshot, Sunningdale and Ascot all operate train services to London Waterloo.
