An individual serviced building plot is now available on the south-western edge of Exmoor National Park. Plot 15 has a detailed planning consent for a 4 bed detached house of approximately 1076sq.ft gross internal area, as well as a garage. It has open views to Exmoor. The house will also have a garden and will enjoy a spacious feel. The house is designed with render, slate roof, timber windows, doors and fascia’s to reflect the village setting. The plot will be accessed from a newly constructed adopted road. The plot is a serviced building plot which is an additional £25,000.
