    The Site

The plot is in a relatively quiet and more secluded location than neighbouring properties. It is nevertheless an easy drive to both Cribbs Causeway and Bristol City Centre.     The Area
    This is a large village with views across to the River Severn and Severn Bridges from the higher parts of the settlement.
