A detailed planning consent has been granted for a large detached house of approximately 2045sq.ft g.i.a. set in mature gardens of between a quarter and a fifth of an acre in a prime residential area. Secondary education is available at Maiden Erlegh School, rated as Good by Ofsted and independent education is offered at UTC Reading amongst others. The University of Reading is also nearby. The local economy is well served at Thames Valley Business Park whose offices include those of Microsoft, Oracle, Regus and David Lloyd amongst other leading companies.
