    The Site
    The plot is approximately 1,360 square metres and broadly level. The site is currently garden amenity space for the adjoining property. On the northern boundary is a children’s centre. To the west is farmland.

It is close to Weston-super-Mare, which has all the amenities of a small town including a train station with regular services to Bristol, Cardiff and Taunton.
