    We are marketing two self-build plots in Enstone, West Oxfordshire. The price quoted is per plot.

    The Site
    The plot is approximately 0.25 hectares in total. The site adjoins a residential street and is quite separate from the open space to the east and south is adjacent to existing housing along one side is indicated on the attached details.

    The parcel of land is well-hidden from the road and sheltered by established trees. It is slightly lower than the adjoining footpath and falls away to the east down towards the Glyme Valley.
