Membership of The Land Bank Partnership is TOTALLY FREE, allowing you to receive detailed information about land which matches your requirements.

Members receive an email alert as soon as new leads are added to our site with detailed information, site plans, architectural drawings and planning documents available on all sites.

Our fee of 2% (minimum payment of £1,500)is only payable if you exchange contracts on the purchase of a site.
