We have an on-going requirement for land, 1 acre plus, with the potential for residential development. If you feel your land may have development potential, please email or post us a site map indicating the area of land and the address. We will put this in front of a client who will appraise the site's potential, we will then report back to you. There is no cost at all in using this service. Our areas of interest are as listed. We also require large areas of land for a client to purchase. 50 acres plus, ideally no more than 2 hours from London, with rights on the land to fish etc.
